Our services
Full Service Planning – $3,000
Planning your dream wedding can feel overwhelming, but we make it seamless. Our full-service package includes:
- Budget Management: Helping you maximize your resources without compromising your vision.
- Vendor Vetting: We will reach out to potential vendors, gather quotes, and review contracts to present your suitable options.
- Decor Design & Sourcing: From inspiration to execution, we bring your style to life.
- Day-of Coordination: All the perks of our day-of package are included.
We handle everything so you can enjoy the planning process—and your big day— without the stress.
Day of Coordinating – $1,500
Your wedding day should be all about celebration, not the logistics. Our day-of package includes:
- Unlimited Hours on Event Day: We’re there from start to finish, overseeing setup, vendor arrivals, timeline management, and tear down.
- Timeline Creation: A carefully crafted schedule to keep your day running on-time.
- Vendor Communication: We discuss the logistics and final confirmations, so you don’t have to.
- Rehearsal Coordination: A ceremony walkthrough with your bridal party and officiant to ensure everyone knows their role (and where to stand)!
A La Carte – Custom Quoting
Sometimes, you just need a little extra help to make your event truly special. Our additional services include:
Floral Packages: We create custom floral designs, from bouquets to centerpieces, that beautifully match your style.
Decor Rentals: Our curated collection of decor pieces, from elegant centerpieces to bold accents, helps elevate your event’s aesthetic effortlessly.
Setup & Tear Down: Need help with the heavy lifting but not coordination? We’ll handle the setup of your decorations and return to take care of the teardown.
